Dr. Napatia Gettings understands that we are all a product of our collective experiences, biological predispositions, and nurturing process. Her passion for holistic health and wellness includes educating her audience about preventative medicine and integrated wellness education. Dr. Gettings earned her Doctorate of Medicine from The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. Her mission as a medical doctor specializing in Psychiatry is to bring brain health awareness to the mainstream and dismantle the misconceptions associated with it.

Dr. Gettings strongly advocates for the usage of cannabis in the healthcare space. She introduces her audience to our biological intersecting systems and their many natural interactions with our endocannabinoid system. As a brain health expert she advocates for the usage of cannabis as a treatment modality for many brain health conditions. As a registered physician with both the Illinois Medical Cannabis Pilot Program and also the Illinois Opioid Alternative Pilot Program she has aided many patients access medical cannabis.

Dr. Gettings currently holds double board certifications in both Adult and Child Psychiatry and she is licensed to practice medicine in Illinois, Florida, and California. Her clinical work has been featured in many publications and media outlets including Ebony Magazine and BlackDoctor.org. Through preventative medicine and education, Dr. Gettings helps her audience make the conscious choice to preserve their health.
